Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Candidate Requirements: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
