Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
