Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
