Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
