Scope of Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
