Role Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
