Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
