Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
