Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
