Responsibilities Include: Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
