Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
