Scope of Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
