Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
