Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
