Responsibilities Include: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands.
