Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
