Position: Float PRN Registered Nurse - RN We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Float PRN Registered Nurse - RN to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
