Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Professional Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
