Responsibilities Include: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
