Scope of Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
