Position: Float PRN Registered Nurse - RN We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Float PRN Registered Nurse - RN to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
