Responsibilities Include: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry.
