Position: Senior Director, Indirect Procurement A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Senior Director, Indirect Procurement to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Principal Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Candidate Requirements: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
