Position: Procurement Coordinator Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Procurement Coordinator. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
