Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
