Position: Intern, Global Supply Chain We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Intern, Global Supply Chain to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Core Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
