Main Accountabilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
