Main Accountabilities: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
