Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
