Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
