Position: Inventory Supervisor - Zone 226 - Huntsville, AL We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Inventory Supervisor - Zone 226 - Huntsville, AL to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Key Skills and Qualifications: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity.
