Main Accountabilities: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Essential Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
