Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
