Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are expanding our team and seek a driven Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
