Position: Warehouse Department Supervisor We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Warehouse Department Supervisor to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
