Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
