Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We invite a proactive and capable Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Duties and Accountabilities: Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
