Role Responsibilities: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
