Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities Include: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
