Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
