Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to join our dynamic and growing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Key Skills and Qualifications: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
