Position: Javelin Material Support Liaison Lead Join our forward-thinking team as a Javelin Material Support Liaison Lead and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
