Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to strengthen our high-performing team. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
