Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
