Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Duties and Accountabilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
