Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
