Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
