Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
