Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
