Scope of Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
